Science Teacher - Tewkesbury

Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

Salary: £160 - £240 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary / Long-Term Supply

We are working closely with a well-regarded secondary school in Tewkesbury who are seeking a motivated Science specialist to join their team from 3rd November 2025. This is a long-term position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role
  • Teach General Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential).
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and promote achievement.
  • Assess, track and support students' progress in line with school policies.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment within the Science department.
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialism in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
