Day-to-day of the role
  • Deliver engaging and informative science lessons across various secondary schools in Norfolk.
  • Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's procedures and enforcement of school rules.
  • Prepare and mark work to facilitate positive pupil development.
  • Keep up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
  • Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area.
  • Stay informed of and respond to curriculum developments and initiatives at national, regional, and local levels.
