Job summary

Education First Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Science Teachers for London secondary schools, covering GCSE, KS3 and KS4. You will deliver engaging lessons across science disciplines and help students build knowledge, practical skills and confidence.

Depending on your specialist area, there may be opportunities to teach GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Science or Triple Science. ECTs welcome to apply. Strong classroom management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• QTS or recognised teaching qualification is required.
• Secondary Science teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Science and/or Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
• Understanding of the KS3 and KS4 Science curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• ECT Science Teachers are welcome to apply.

Are you an enthusiastic Science Teacher looking for a new teaching opportunity in London?

We are working with a number of secondary schools and academies looking for high-quality Science Teachers, as well as specialists in Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

You will deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop their scientific knowledge, practical skills and confidence. Depending on your specialism, there may also be opportunities to teach GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Combined Science or Triple Science.

The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge and be confident creating engaging lessons that encourage curiosity and scientific thinking. Experience teaching GCSE Science is desirable, but we are also keen to hear from ECT Science Teachers.

We are looking for:
