Up to £65,283 + excellent benefits

Please note: We can offer transportation from Chigwell and Woodford Station.

Luxborough Court School is a brand-new, purpose-built school registered for 150 pupils aged 5 - 19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. There are extensive facilities including a large sports hall, a bespoke 6th form suite, extensive outdoor space and separate playgrounds. The School benefits from good public transport connections and near main road links.

Responsibilities
  • Work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and/or Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
  • Help pupils learn, develop their abilities and raise their self-esteem.
  • Demonstrate resilience and dedication to support students through challenging moments and celebrate progress.
  • Collaborate with in-house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals to support student outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Previous teaching experience.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Ability to relate teaching to each pupil and build strong relationships with the class.
