Job Details

Full Time & Permanent – January 2026 start. Salary: MPS1‑UPS3 + TLR (size depending on experience). Located in the Borough of Ealing.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging science lessons for KS3‑KS5 students.
  • Take on Teacher Leadership Role opportunities – KS3 & KS4 Coordinator and Pastoral responsibilities.
  • Mentor Early Career Teachers – 1:1 support, bespoke induction, both in‑house and external training.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of experienced and Teach First teachers.
Qualifications
  • UK QTS or in the process of gaining QTS.
  • Strong academic background – Degree, A‑Levels and GCSEs in science.
  • Meet the 8 Teaching Standards at a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ level.
  • Willingness to take feedback and work as part of a large science team.
