Job description
SCIENCE TEACHER
  • 5 days a week

  • £150 - £295 per day

ANZUK Education has excellent working relationships with secondary schools in and around Tower Hamlets, and we are looking to recruit experienced or newly qualified Science Teachers to join the team asap!

Teachers with specialisation in other subject areas are also encouraged to apply, in case other positions are available, or to enquire about our Ambassador guaranteed work scheme.

The Schools

We have partnered with multiple excellent schools in and around Tower Hamlets, and these schools are looking for Science Teachers to become a part of their teams. These roles can be part time or full time, starting ASAP! Pay is commensurate with experience on the main teaching pay scale - Inner and Greater London. The successful applicant should be enthusiastic and ambitious and would be interested in developing their role within the department.

Science Teacher Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective KS3 & KS4 lessons.
  • Work alongside the science department and cover the coursework set in the UK curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Help to manage a high standard of learning and behaviour in the classroom.
Mathematics Teacher Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications.
  • Applicants can be newly qualified or experienced that can demonstrate ambition and passion.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
