Science Graduate Teacher - Kettering. Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Graduate Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in the Kettering area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while developing your career in education.

Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (potential for permanent placement)

About the Role

As a Science Graduate Teacher, you will support the delivery of engaging lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, working closely with experienced teachers to help raise attainment across Key Stages 3 and 4. This role is ideal for graduates considering a future in teaching, offering the chance to build confidence, develop behaviour management skills, and make a meaningful impact in the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality Science lessons
• Work with individuals and small groups to boost understanding and progress
• Assist with practical activities, demonstrations, and experiments
• Support planning, marking, and general classroom duties
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and focused learning environment
• Inspire students to develop curiosity and a passion for science
