Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure smooth operations on a full-time basis (35 hours per week, 43.6 weeks per year). You will supervise a frontline team, manage rotas, orders and bookwork, while upholding food hygiene and safety standards.

• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.
