Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage maintenance of buildings, grounds, and general site facilities.
• Act as key-holder: open and close the site; manage contractors.
• Perform fire-alarm/fire-safety checks and risk assessments.
• Liaise with outside contractors for maintenance and repairs.
