Responsibilities

• The day‑to‑day management, maintenance, and presentation of our site and facilities
• Supporting statutory compliance and health & safety, with guidance from our Facilities Officer
• Line managing and developing your Site Assistant
• Taking pride in keeping our buildings, grounds, and swimming pool in outstanding condition
• Contributing to large‑scale capital and improvement projects, with opportunities for professional growth and development
