Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations at education sites on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week).

You will supervise culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and train staff, while representing the Compass brand in every interaction.

Required: at least two years in catering, a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
