Compass Group UK&I, Chartwells, is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee all catering and service operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis (30 hours per week), contracted to 44.5 weeks per year. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be ambitious and motivated to upskill.
