School Office Administrator

At All Saints Benhilton C of E School, we have a position for a School Office Administrator to join our friendly office team. The position is for 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) and the hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch. The successful applicant will be expected to work 5 inset days plus 10 days during the school holidays. Days worked during the school holidays will be agreed with the School Business Manager and the School Office Coordinator.

Job Overview

The role involves delivering efficient and effective support in a bustling hub that serves as the warm, professional 'front door' for the school. The office team offers an immediate positive impression for students, parents, staff and all other visitors. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where active communication ensures swift problem‑solving. The role is varied and you will be supported with access to training and professional development opportunities to build on your key skills.

You will be part of a team that is responsible for all aspects of the school office workload. This will include safeguarding, first aid, being the face of the school for parents, visitors, staff and children, and various administrative duties such as admissions, attendance, school trips, finance duties, correspondence, etc.
