Overview

The post holder will have professional responsibility for a defined population/caseload and lead the delivery and organisation of the Public Health programme, delivering the nursing component of the School Health Programme to a school age population within a defined number of schools. Based within the community setting, the practitioner is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care offered to families, with particular attention to safeguarding children.
