Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support children with special educational needs, including SEMH, autism, and behavioural difficulties.
• Provide consistent and stable support over a minimum of 12 months.
• Collaborate with teaching and support teams to deliver individualized learning plans.
• Assist with behaviour management and emotional wellbeing strategies.
• Record observations and progress reports.
