Interaction Education are really pleased to currently be supporting one of our partner schools in Buckinghamshire in their search for a Medical Officer/School Nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff.
  • Manage the medical room and maintain accurate health records.
  • Administer medication and oversee care plans for students with chronic conditions or allergies.
  • Liaise with parents, school staff, and external health professionals as required.
  • Promote health education and contribute to wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
Essential
  • Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RN or equivalent) or relevant medical qualification.
  • Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
  • Experience working with children or young people.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
Desirable
  • Previous experience in a school or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
