Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in cooking for 100 - 1300 students.
• Experience with fresh produce.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage food replenishment and area dismantling post-service.
• Mentor and develop kitchen team.
• Control catering operations including expenses.
• Ensure food and service standards.
• Develop and create menus.
