Qualifications

• Experience in school catering or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lead a catering team and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure the location meets Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for excellent food and service with the client and customers.
• Oversee day-to-day running, supervise staff, manage inventories and budgets.
• Be the main contact for the client at the school and drive improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and financial targets with line manager.
• Train and develop teams, ensure training completion and performance management.
