Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, preferably in education or large-scale settings.
• Food Hygiene qualification required.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals for pupils, staff and functions according to WPT recipes.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and stock control, minimise waste and oversee kitchen cleanliness.
• Lead kitchen staff, manage workflows and report staffing issues to the Group Manager.
• Maintain meal reconciliation records and safety documentation; no cash handling required.
