Qualifications

• Passion for food.
• Previous experience in a chef or cook role.
• Organised and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to a high standard and adhere to menu specifications.
• Ensure kitchen is stocked, clean and in good working condition.
• Monitor stock levels and rotate stock with attention to sell-by dates.
• Follow food safety guidelines and report issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food service areas.
• Work with Front of House and other team members to ensure smooth service.
