Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Catering Assistant at Newline Academy in Maidstone to support food production and service across our schools. This term-time only role covers 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 2:30pm, with relief across multiple sites.

You will prepare tasty food, maintain safety and cleanliness, provide friendly service and help uphold Caterlink’s standards. An enhanced DBS disclosure is required; we offer development opportunities and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of tasty food and snacks
• Complying with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Keeping the kitchen, counter and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Providing a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers
• Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
