Cardiff Education Catering operates a service to circa 120 Secondary, Primary, and Special schools in Cardiff through 500 staff producing around 4 million meals per annum, providing breakfast, lunch and therapeutic diets for pupils, vending services and occasion catering for business meetings.

The Assistant Cook role is part-time at 20 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, with the salary based on a full-time 37-hour, 52-week contract.
