Chartwells on a part time basis is seeking a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to be the heart of our operation. Contracted to 20 hours per week and 43.8 weeks per year, you will join a team that takes pride in their food, their brand, and their people.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage pressure and prioritise tasks while communicating effectively at all levels
• Excellent team player with a committed and organised approach
• Desire to succeed and demonstrate reliability under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts and maintain exceptional timekeeping

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment
• Assisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
