Olive Dining Ltd. is seeking a General Assistant to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in our school catering environment. The role runs Monday to Friday, 09:30am–1:30pm, term-time only (38 weeks), at £12.71 per hour, with clear potential for progression.

We value teamwork, reliability and a hands-on approach as you help prepare meals, maintain cleanliness and provide friendly service to students and staff. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach to kitchen tasks and front-of-house duties.
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Experience in kitchens, school meals, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Support front of house and back of house operations.
• Carry out general kitchen duties, including cleaning, food preparation and snacks.
• Carry out duties during term-time (38 weeks) and start immediately.
