Manpower UK Limited is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a temporary ongoing role in a friendly hospitality environment. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 10:30-14:30, with an immediate start opportunity.

You will support day-to-day kitchen service and help keep operations running smoothly. The role involves washing up, serving food to customers, prepping vegetables, filling sandwiches and supporting the kitchen flow, while not cooking.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting kitchen operations (ideally in a school/educational setting).
• A reliable, professional attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Comfortable handling food service tasks with care and attention to detail.
• The ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Washing up to keep kitchen areas clean, safe and organised.
• Serving food to customers/visitors with a helpful, positive approach.
• Prepping vegetables to support the team during service.
• Filling sandwiches and wraps accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the overall flow of the kitchen-without getting involved in any cooking.
