Job summary

Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust is recruiting for a catering assistant to support the Kitchen Manager across seven schools in our trust. You will help prepare and serve meals and assist with setting up and clearing dining spaces.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 2 in Food Safety and have some catering experience. You must be able to work well in a team and take instruction in a busy school kitchen.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 in Food Safety.
• Experience in catering/kitchen is preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen Manager in preparation and serving of meals.
• Set up and clean down dining halls.
• Support in daily catering operations.
