Job summary

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting an ambitious Head Of Kitchen on a part-time basis (25 hours per week) to deliver exceptional school catering.

You will lead a busy kitchen, manage stock and budgets, ensure food hygiene and safety standards, and drive continuous improvements while championing a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
