Location

Location: Greenwich
Salary: 18 - 20 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm
Contract: Temporary/Permanent

Start: ASAP

About the Role

Remedy are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator and compliance officer to join a busy and supportive school office in Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong financial administration skills and a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys working in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and reconcile school accounts, including school cards and banking
  • Support budget monitoring and financial reporting
  • Full knowledge of FMS
  • Manage ParentPay transactions and queries
  • Support with procurement, invoicing, and payment runs
  • Work collaboratively with the wider admin team and senior leadership
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a school finance environment.
  • Proficient with FMS Software.
  • Confident using ParentPay and handling school banking/cards.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
