You will work with the site team and senior leadership, perform routine maintenance, health and safety checks, and respond to daily site needs with a proactive, practical approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caretaker, site assistant, or in general maintenance (preferred).
• Foundational understanding of building maintenance and health & safety standards.
• Hands-on, practical approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and organization.

• Managing day-to-day building maintenance and general upkeep.
