Randstad Education is seeking a School Estate Manager to lead the site team and manage day-to-day operations of the school site, covering planned and reactive maintenance. The role includes liaising with contractors and delivering a robust site development plan.
Starting September 2026, the post offers a full-time schedule of 37 hours per week across 52 weeks, with a salary range of £35,163 to £38,008, rising to £39,881 to £42,500 for suitably qualified candidates.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated person to the post of Estates Manager. The post holder will lead the site team and be responsible for day-to-day operational management of the school site, managing both planned and reactive maintenance, including liaising with contractors.
They will also play a key role in the strategic planning for capital projects and buildings maintenance, and implement the site development plan. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, able to lead a team, have excellent communications skills and be committed to improving the environment for our students and staff.
