Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an enthusiastic, skilled DT Technician to join our supply team, supporting a secondary school in Leicester City.

About the Role

As a DT Technician on supply, you'll be an essential part of the Design & Technology department - ensuring lessons run smoothly, resources are prepared, and workshops are safe and well-equipped. Your duties may include:

  • Preparing and maintaining equipment and materials for practical lessons
  • Supporting teachers during practical sessions
  • Ensuring all tools and machinery are maintained safely and efficiently
  • Ordering materials and assisting in classroom setups
  • Promoting health and safety best practices
