Job summary

CCRES Educational & Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Custodian for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-11:00pm) in partnership with Newport School District. The role involves cleaning multiple facilities, maintaining safety, and assisting with maintenance tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus PA clearances and TB screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Experience in custodial work preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum classrooms, library, hallways, cafeteria, gym and offices.
• Dis感染 water fountains, bathrooms, showers and locker rooms and restock supplies.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (light bulbs, filters, etc.).
• Provide building access and secure the premises after activities.
• Maintain security of district buildings, property and grounds.
• Assist with setup for activities and remove snow or ice as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and dispose of waste per policy.
