Manchester Enterprise Academy is seeking a creative Community & Marketing Officer to shape the school’s communications with its community and families. The role supports school improvement and works with senior leaders to deliver meaningful change, within a 35‑hour, term‑time‑only schedule, with a starting salary of £29,238 (Grade 6).

The role requires management of marketing content, website, events and stakeholder partnerships, fostering authentic school narratives and community connections

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a range of audiences.
• Experience delivering creative, multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, print and social platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Confidence building positive relationships with staff, students and the wider community.

Responsibilities

• Leading delivery of the school’s marketing and communications strategy.
• Designing engaging, high‑quality content across print and digital platforms.
• Managing the school’s website, social media and publications.
• Promoting events and strengthening parent and community engagement.
• Building partnerships with local organisations and stakeholders.
• Showcasing progress, student experiences and school developments.
