Salary Grade: Scale 2, points 3 to 4 - £24,796 to £25,185 FTE
(salary will be pro rata to term time hours)

Vale View Primary School are seeking to appoint a Clerical Assistant to work as part of a successful administration team and to provide support and advice to our children and families.
The role will involve working with children, families, other staff and a wide variety of people within the school on a daily basis and you will provide administration support to the administration team. The successful candidate will be undertaking various administration tasks including but not limited to: reception duties, dealing with enquiries and hospitality, inputting pupil administration data, and general clerical tasks.
Applicants must have a good general education to GCSE level and have knowledge and experience of working with IT. The post holder must have good organisational and communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to work on their own initiative as well part of a team.
