Job summary

The Morley Academy in Leeds is seeking a Cleaning Assistant to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe, clean, and well‑kept environment for students, staff and visitors, using appropriate cleaning materials and equipment in line with health and safety guidance.

This role requires the ability to work as part of a team, safely handle hazardous cleaning materials, and read and follow safety instructions and chemical labels.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely handle hazardous cleaning materials in the course of general cleaning.
• Ability to work constructively as part of a team.
• Reading skills to understand safety instructions and chemical labels, in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities
