Job summary

Spring Brook Academy is seeking a diligent cleaning assistant to maintain high cleanliness across multiple school sites. You will clean classrooms, offices, kitchens and toilets to a consistently high standard, contributing to a welcoming learning environment.

You will follow cleaning schedules, report safety concerns to the Site Manager, and use cleaning equipment safely. Training in health and safeguarding will be provided and expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Follow cleaning schedules and Trust procedures to ensure consistent quality.
• Report maintenance or health and safety concerns to the Site Manager.
• Attend relevant health and safeguarding training and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, offices, communal areas, kitchens, and toilets to a high standard.
• Report any maintenance or health and safety concerns to the Site Manager.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and responsibly.
• Work flexibly across multiple school sites to cover staff absences.
• Attend relevant health and safety, safeguarding, and cleaning training.
