Job summary

Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment is seeking reliable School Cleaners to join our growing team across the North East of England. Enhanced DBS is essential for the role, with opportunities for ongoing work and potential permanent positions.

You will clean classrooms, corridors and restrooms, follow health and safety procedures, and work well both independently and as part of a team. Driving licence preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS - essential
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A driving licence and own transport preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas
• Sweeping, mopping and keeping floors and surfaces spotless
• Cleaning high-touch areas to maintain excellent hygiene standards
• Following health and safety procedures
• Working independently and as part of a team
