Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting for a School Cleaner to join the Facilities Management team at a school in Fulford, York. You will maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across classrooms, corridors, offices and communal areas.

Hours include term-time and holidays with flexible start times; a current Enhanced DBS certificate including the Children’s Barred List is essential. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential; reliability and attention to detail are required.

• Must hold Enhanced DBS Certificate including Children's Barred List.
• School cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently with high cleanliness standards.

We are currently recruiting for aSchoolCleanerto join our Facilities Management team at a school in Fulford,York.

Working Hours:

During School Holidays=

· Monday to Friday, 3.5 hours a day, 17.5 hours weekly

(flexible start time between 08:00am – 11:30am)

Normal hours=

• Mondayto Thursday:3:30pm – 7:00pm
  
• Friday:1:30pm– 5:30pm
  

Start Date:Immediate

About the Role

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, andhygienic environment throughout the school.

Duties include:

• Cleaningclassrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas
  
• Vacuuming,mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
  
• Cleaningwashrooms and replenishing consumables
  
• Emptyingbins and disposing of waste appropriately
  
• Followingall health and safety procedures
  
• Avalid Enhanced DBS Certificate including the Children's Barred List isessential.
  
• Previouscleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
  
• Reliable,trustworthy, and able to work independently.
  
• Highstandards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  

£12.71 per hour
