Long Term Futures are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join a small, friendly primary school in the Ashbourne area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment. You will play an important role in ensuring classrooms, communal areas and facilities are kept to a high standard for pupils and staff.

About the Role:

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors and communal areas
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Wiping down desks, surfaces, doors and high-contact areas
• Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and stored safely
• Reporting any maintenance, health and safety or safeguarding concerns to the appropriate member of staff
• Helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming school environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous cleaning experience would be advantageous, although not essential
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Friendly and professional approach
• Able to follow health and safety procedures
• Comfortable working within a school environment
• Committed to a long-term position
