Caterlink is recruiting a Chef Manager for Dean Trust Rose Bridge School in Wigan. The role is term-time only (39 weeks per year), with 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday, and a pay rate of £18.00 per hour.

You will prepare, cook and present meals to Caterlink and client standards, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations, while managing day-to-day site operations and budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure location meets Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations.
• Maintain Caterlink's reputation for excellent food and service with client and customers.
• Oversee day-to-day running of the location and supervise teams, inventories, budgets, and action plans.
• Be the main point of contact for the client in the school and implement improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and financial targets with line manager to ensure targets are met.
• Lead and train teams, ensuring training is completed and performance is managed.
