Qualifications

• 2 years practical cooking experience in large scale catering.
• Ability to complete paperwork and ordering of provisions.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, cooking and serving of main meals and other provisions.
• Customer care and pupil liaison.
• Compilation of work rotas for staff.
• Administrative work including menu planning and stock control.
• Supervision of hygiene in the kitchen.
• Handling cash and transporting it to the office.
