Academics, acting as an agency, are looking to recruit an experienced and organised School Catering Manager for a full-time, temporary ongoing position within a welcoming school in Worksop.

Contract: Full-time, ongoing temporary role
Start Date: January or Easter 2026 (to be confirmed)
Pay: Competitive daily rate (dependent upon experience, training, and qualifications).

About the Role

As a School Catering Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the school’s kitchen and catering services, ensuring that healthy, balanced, and nutritious meals are prepared and served to pupils and staff. You’ll be responsible for managing catering staff, ordering stock, maintaining food hygiene standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of the catering provision.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with catering management experience — ideally within an education or similar setting — who is passionate about promoting healthy eating and providing high-quality meals to young people.

Key Responsibilities
