Renfrewshire Council is seeking an enthusiastic Facilities Operative - Production Assistant to support the catering production service in school kitchens, delivering prescribed components of the meals with care and accuracy.

Working pattern is term-time, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 2:30, 30 hours per week, with the potential for progression toward REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene and opportunities to develop supervisory skills within the team.

Qualifikationen

• Previous catering experience in a similar environment.
• Willing to work toward REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Deliver prescribed components of the catering production service.
• Support production of compliant school meals.
• Assist in delivering catering services at the site level.
• Work with members of the public in a friendly manner.
