Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Catering Assistant at Warden Hill Primary School, Cheltenham, for term-time work with no weekends. The role covers food production and service, 22 hours per week across Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year, at a rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will follow Caterlink Health and Safety standards, keep areas clean, provide friendly service, and help maintain a positive brand image while supporting safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food service or kitchen environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a school setting and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food and snacks.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety in all areas of the kitchen and service.
• Keep kitchen, counters and dining areas clean and tidy.
