Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Catering Assistant at St Lawrence Primary School in Alton, Hampshire. This term-time role (38 weeks/year) offers 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at £12.71 per hour. Join our schools-based team to prepare tasty food, serve warmly, and uphold Caterlink standards.

Work closely with site teams to ensure clean, hygienic service and a positive brand image. DBS enhanced disclosure will be obtained per policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and serving in a school or similar environment.
• Ability to maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.
• Willingness to work term-time only with regular school hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of food and snacks.
• Comply with health and safety and food safety standards.
• Keep kitchen, counter and restaurant areas clean and tidy.
• Provide friendly, efficient, hygienic service to customers.
• Represent Caterlink and maintain a positive brand image.
