Qualifications

• Awareness of health and safety in a workplace.

• Ability to use tools for making minor repairs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security of the building and site, undertaking daily checks.
• Act as a designated key holder for emergency calls.
• Monitor and report heating system faults.
• Ensure outside areas are safe and clean.
• Undertake general portering duties while on site.
