About Us

UPPER BEEDING PRIMARY SCHOOL

SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER Grade 8 to 9

Term Time only - 27.50 hours per week

5.5hrs per day Monday to Friday, term time only, permanent contract, - days and times can be negotiated to suit the right candidate.

Salary in the range of WSCC NJC Grade G8 / 9 £31,586 to £37,938 pro-rata of full time equivalent, term time only (pay award pending)

(Actual salary approx. £20,948 to £25,160 pa)

Pay Scale points will be dependent on qualifications and experience

Due to the retirement of our Business Manager at the end of the Summer Term, we are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Business Manager with a sound understanding of accounting and financial management to join our team at Upper Beeding Primary School. They will advise on and implement the day-to-day support that enables our school to operate effectively and efficiently, and will be responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school including financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration.

We are a friendly village primary school and have 303 children on roll. Our children and their needs are at the very heart of all our decisions, and have created a learning environment in which individuals can excel. Our facilities include an extensive outdoor area and we encourage the children to play outside every day in most weathers. We are looking for someone who has the skills and enthusiasm to help us in continuing to develop the school and the curriculum for our children.

Job Details
