About the Role

We are seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join a school in Bexley on a full-time supply basis until Easter 2026. The successful candidate will manage the school's financial, HR, administrative, and premises functions, ensuring effective operations and compliance with all statutory and safeguarding requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee finance, including budgeting, reporting, and procurement.
  • Manage HR processes, payroll, and staff records.
  • Ensure health & safety and premises compliance.
  • Lead and support administrative staff to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide advice to the Headteacher and Governors on financial and operational matters.
