Job summary

Riverside School is seeking a School Business Manager to run the school's business functions behind its teaching for children and young people with complex needs. The postholder leads a team of business staff and sets the strategic and operational direction across finance, estates, health and safety, HR, administration, ICT, extended services and marketing.

The role is year-round, 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

• Oversee human resources
• Oversee administration and data management
• Oversee ICT
• Oversee extended services

• Ensure robust systems and processes support the school's mission and vision
• Enable teaching staff to secure strong outcomes for pupils and their families
