A local government authority in Glossop is looking for a motivated individual for an administrative position in a school setting. The successful candidate will support various aspects of school operations and must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience in Finance, HR, and Health and Safety is beneficial. The role offers flexibility with job share options considered, making it suitable for a team player who can prioritize their workload effectively.
We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and highly skilled individual. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their passion for excellence in supporting the school to run effectively. You will ideally have experience of working in a school environment and have an understanding of Finance, HR, Safeguarding and Health and Safety.
The post offers a great deal of variety with ample opportunity for the post holder to use their own initiative as it involves a wide range of administrative ability to work as part of a team is essential, as are excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a sound knowledge of IT, an ability to work to deadlines / prioritise workload and a sense of humour. A job share and flexible working options will be considered.
